Welcome to Dream It Event Rentals!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Dream It Event Rentals property/equipment.

By renting through this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Dream It Event Rentals if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Guest will be required to sign the rental agreement before the equipment is dropped off or picked up from our facilities.

Rental Contract

1. . Severability

This agreement is severable. The unenforceability or waiver of any provisions will not affect the remaining provisions.

2. Responsibility of Use & Disclaimer of Warranties

You are responsible for the proper use of rented items, assuming all associated risks. You agree to hold Dream It Event Rentals harmless from any claims related to damage or bodily injury resulting from item use, irrespective of cause. No warranties, either expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided for the rented equipment.

3. Equipment Failure

If rented items become unsafe or in disrepair, discontinue use and promptly notify Dream It Event Rentals. We will endeavor to rectify or replace the items at our discretion. Dream It Event Rentals is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from equipment failure.

4. Use of Equipment

You commit to understanding and being satisfied with the proper and safe use of the equipment. The items should be used only at the specified location and for their intended purpose. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited. You acknowledge reading all instruction manuals, operating instructions, and warnings.

5. Time of Return

Rental possession terminates as per the agreed-upon period. Extensions must be in writing to be valid.

6. Late Returns

Items must be returned during regular business hours, promptly or prior to the expiration of the rental period. Failure to return items promptly will result in continued rental charges.

7. Payment

All charges must be paid at the time of drop-off/pick-up. Any additional costs incurred are to be paid immediately. Delinquent accounts may be subject to recalculated daily rental charges and a 2.0% monthly service charge.

8. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply based on company rates for services such as delivery, pickup, setup, site planning, service calls, or other specified conditions.

9. Care of Equipment

Renter must pay a reasonable cleaning charge for returning items in a dirty condition. It's essential to protect items from weather damage, breakage, unauthorized use, theft, or loss while in possession.

10. Site Preparation

Renter agrees to prepare the site for delivery, installation, or pickup. Any delays or labor charges resulting from failure to do so will incur additional costs.

11. Permits & Licenses

Renter is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or consents at their expense before installing rental equipment, including tents.

12. Subsurface Conditions

Renter agrees to locate underground utilities before delivery and will reimburse Dream It Event Rentals for additional costs resulting from undisclosed subsurface conditions.

13. Hold Harmless Agreement

Renter assumes all risks and holds Dream It Event Rentals and its staff harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and related costs arising from equipment use, delivery, site conditions, or injuries.

14. Security Deposit

A 10% security deposit is due upon reservation. It will be returned if the reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the event, but forfeited if canceled within 14 days of the event.

15. Payment

Full payment is required before delivery/pick-up. Accepted payment methods are Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo. No exceptions for personal checks.

16. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. They represent a one-day rental period, including pick-up/delivery the day before the event and return/pick-up the day after. Contact us for extended rental rates.

17. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 days before the event incurs a 50% fee. The option to reschedule within 12 months is available, but if items are unavailable, similar replacements will be issued.

18. Delivery/Pick-Up

Delivery and pick-up are available at an additional cost. For weekend events, delivery may occur a few days in advance. Rental equipment is the customer's responsibility from delivery to pick-up.

19. Customer Pick-Up/Returns

Most items are available for customer pick-up. Please clean the equipment before returning to avoid cleaning charges. Dream It Event Rentals is not responsible for any vehicle damages during loading/unloading. All items must be returned as per the invoice date; late returns incur additional charges.

20. Returns – Final Inspection

Dream It Event Rentals reserves the right to modify charges for broken, missing, damaged, or dirty items up to 4 days after receipt, before the final inspection.

21. Prior to Pick-Up or Return

Items should be stacked as delivered. Linens must be clean, and loose debris should be removed. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. Dye lot variations from manufacturers are beyond our control.

22. Tents

Site preparation is the renter's responsibility. Tents must not be set up under sap-producing or fruit trees. Anchoring is mandatory and may include staking (in grass and asphalt) with potential drilling/patching fees in asphalt. Overhead clearance and permits are the customer's responsibility.

23. Equipment Responsibility

Inspect items upon delivery and report any issues. Renter is responsible for equipment from possession to return. All risks and costs for loss, damage, or repair are assumed by the renter. Cleaning charges apply for dirty items. Unwanted items upon delivery are billable.

24. Emergency Line

Contact Dream It Event Rentals directly for rental item issues. Please notify promptly as certain items may not be replaceable due to availability.
